Kering Logistics Specialist in Wayne, NJ — manage domestic and international transportation, KPIs and vendor relations for the Group Operations team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report daily transportation KPIs to ensure timely, cost-effective management of international and domestic flows across Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce channels.
  • Maintain proactive communication with carriers, vendors and internal brand partners to escalate major delays, resolve exceptions and protect lead‑time and budget targets.
  • Provide timely status updates to corporate operations and brand teams regarding system incidents, significant delays and other critical issues.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects focused on business continuity, transportation process optimization and cost reduction.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective processes to improve service quality and on‑time performance.
  • Document, track and drive resolution of incidents and claims to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Support store operations by investigating store discrepancies, managing claims and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage high‑volume operational communications (email and ticketing) with precision to ensure timely execution of vendor and logistics tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; concentration in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in supply chain, transportation or logistics operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels and with external partners.
  • Proven ability to analyze problems independently, propose solutions and implement process improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi‑task and deliver under tight deadlines with strict attention to detail.

Experience
