Kering seeks a Logistics Planning Senior Specialist in Tokyo to lead multi-brand logistics coordination, forecasting, and transformation initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary logistics point of contact (SPOC) for assigned Kering brands, ensuring effective communication and cross-functional coordination
- Establish and maintain clear escalation paths and governance processes for logistics-related topics
- Facilitate regular business reviews with brands, monitoring operational issues, risks, and action plans
- Lead the collection, consolidation, and validation of operational forecasts from brands and central stakeholders
- Develop and maintain structured forecasting processes and planning governance routines
- Analyze forecast trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend mitigation actions
- Support capacity planning activities by translating business forecasts into warehouse, transportation, and operational requirements
- Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning quality
- Coordinate communication and alignment between brands, operations teams, IT, central supply chain, and external logistics partners during transformation programs
- Support brands during ERP transitions and SAP rollout activities, ensuring logistics requirements are captured and implemented
- Assess business readiness, identify operational risks and impacts, and ensure timely escalation and mitigation
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and stabilization of new logistics processes, systems, and governance models
- Monitor post go-live performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational stability and service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Planning, Operations Planning, Demand Planning, or related fields
- Proven experience managing stakeholders within a complex, multi-brand, or multinational environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing or stakeholder-facing relationships with capability to manage expectations, priorities, and escalations
- Proven ability to manage forecasting processes, reporting activities, and cross-functional projects
- Experience supporting transformation programs, warehouse migrations, or logistics network changes strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or equivalent field

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in supply chain, logistics planning, operations planning, demand planning, or related disciplines. Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders in complex, multi-brand or multinational environments. Proven track record in managing customer-facing relationships and handling escalations effectively. Background in forecasting processes, reporting, and cross-functional project management. Prior support of transformation programs, warehouse migrations, or logistics network changes is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
