Role & Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Logistics Master Data, ensuring accurate setup of key planning and execution parameters including customers, routes, calendars, lead times, and locations
• Support the design, standardization, and implementation of operational procedures related to Distribution & Logistics Master Data Management (DMM) processes
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of DMM promised lead times to enable effective management of critical processes such as Order Drop Management and Target Stock Level calculation
• Support and monitor the Outbound Delivery creation process in SAP, collaborating with AMS teams to define brand- and country-specific variants and optimize job scheduling
• Manage pick-up plans and execution targets, ensuring alignment between operational capacity, transportation requirements, and service level commitments
• Continuously analyze, validate, and update lead-time data to enhance planning accuracy and enable real-time performance monitoring
• Contribute to the evolution of DMM and Logistic Master Data within the new Target Operating Model (TOM) of the Trecate facility
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Brands, Central Functions, and Regions to drive improvement initiatives and ensure seamless implementation
• Support the development and implementation of an AI Control Tower POC to monitor warehouse performance from orders drop to pick-up
• Implement regular routines to control the consistency of Planning Master Data including SAP tables, clusters, distribution flows, calendars, and lead times
• Support SAP roll-out initiatives across Regions, partnering with local teams to define and implement distribution model maps for Post Distribution

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or engineering
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Board and Power BI
• Familiarity with SAP and AS400 systems
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach with ability to interpret complex information
• Proactive problem-solver capable of autonomous decision-making

Skills

Experience

Experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or related functions within a complex manufacturing or distribution environment. Demonstrated experience with master data configuration and management in ERP systems, particularly SAP. Background in working with cross-functional teams and managing logistics improvement initiatives is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 32,000 per annum.
