Kering seeks a Logistics Customer Service Specialist in Trecate, Italy. Manage shipment discrepancies, claims, and supply chain issues for luxury brands. €26,000 + benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage discrepancies detected by customers on shipments through mainframe systems and activate insurance practices against theft or tampering
  • Collect information and submit claims to insurance brokers and logistics suppliers for refunds or chargebacks
  • Investigate discrepancy reports from the Central Warehouse, Regional Distribution Centers, stores, and wholesale customers to identify root causes of mismatches, missing items, and product damage
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain precision, quality, and timing standards to ensure best-quality service delivery
  • Support other departments by facilitating data collection to monitor business trends and identify opportunities

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (university degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in customer service with working knowledge of logistics flows and shipments
  • Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Working knowledge of AS400 or SAP systems preferred
  • Strong problem-solving ability with capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 26,000 per annum.
