Kering in New York seeks a Legal Intern to support the Americas Legal team (internship, $21/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain and update legal databases, approval workflows and executed agreement files.
  • Support legal operations projects such as process optimization and platform onboarding.
  • Coordinate signature processes and ensure accurate contract filing and recordkeeping.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to assist in maintenance of intellectual property portfolios.
  • Conduct legal research on corporate governance, compliance and commercial law topics and prepare concise written summaries for the legal team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Demonstrable interest in in-house practice, legal operations and the luxury/fashion sector.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong legal research, writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proven time‑management and project‑prioritization abilities.
  • Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Experience

Currently enrolled law student status is required; prior exposure to legal research, internships in law firms or in-house legal teams, or coursework in corporate/commercial law or IP is advantageous.
