Role & Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments, including Operations, Procurement, and Facility & General Services.
- Draft, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in both Italian and English, such as manufacturing, supply, and procurement contracts.
- Support the management of disputes and litigation within areas of responsibility.
- Conduct legal research, analyze issues, and prepare legal opinions.
- Monitor legal developments and draft internal notes or updates.
- Contribute to training activities and implement legal processes and contract templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Law degree.
- Significant in-house legal experience with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of the Italian legal system.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of stakeholders.
