Learning Operations Specialist at Kering in Shanghai – manage training program logistics and ensure seamless learner experiences across the global organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end administrative processes for learning programs including nominations and registrations
- Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of training sessions across multiple regions
- Support participants and stakeholders throughout the learning journey with dedicated customer service
- Track participation, completion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to learning programs
- Maintain data quality and ensure reporting accuracy for organizational records
- Coordinate with external vendors and trainers for optimal session organization and delivery
- Collaborate with House and Region Managers to support program deployment and regional execution
- Ensure consistently high-quality participant experience across all training sessions
