Kering is seeking a Learning and Development Operations Intern to support its Paris-based L&D team with workshop and programme logistics, catalogue content, nominations, planning, budget tracking and reporting. The internship also involves coordinating training-related updates with the French administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Learning & Development team across its activities to provide an engaging experience for workshop and programme participants and manage training organisation tasks.
- Coordinate the logistics of workshops and programmes.
- Draft the global catalogue offering.
- Support the nomination process and manage nomination files.
- Contribute to planning Learning & Development activities.
- Monitor budgets and prepare reports.
- Manage updates with the French administration related to the training organisation.
Qualifications
- Master’s-level student (M1/M2), ideally in human resources management, project management or management.
- At least 6 months of initial experience in an HR department or consulting firm.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and digital tools including Canva and Workday.
- Fluent French and English.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented approach.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Curiosity, empathy and autonomy.

Experience
