Kering — Learning & Development Operations Intern (6-month) in Paris. Support L&D logistics, nominations and budgeting; French and English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the logistical coordination of workshops and global learning programmes, including venue, materials and participant communications.
  • Draft and maintain entries for the worldwide training catalogue and ensure offer content is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist the nominations process: prepare, manage and maintain nominations files and participant lists.
  • Contribute to planning and scheduling of L&D activities in alignment with Group priorities and timelines.
  • Support budgeting and reporting activities for L&D programmes, producing clear financial and activity reports.
  • Manage administrative updates with French training authorities and ensure compliance with requirements for a certified training organisation.
  • Work closely with the Group Learning Experience Manager to deliver an engaging participant experience and to operationalise learning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+2/3 programme (BTS, Licence or equivalent), ideally in Human Resources, Project Management or Management.
  • Minimum six months' prior experience in a Human Resources department or HR consultancy.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with digital content tools such as Canva and HR platforms like Workday.
  • High attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and capacity to work autonomously within structured processes.
  • Comfortable handling formal administrative documentation and regulatory constraints related to French training organisations.

Experience

At least six months' practical experience within an HR department or an HR consultancy firm, demonstrating exposure to administrative processes, programme logistics and participant coordination.

Education

Pursuing a Bac+2/3 qualification (BTS, Licence or equivalent), preferably in Human Resources, Project Management or Management.
