Kering seeks a Leadership Development Intern to support learning programs in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of leadership and management learning journeys.
- Assist with creating, updating and maintaining learning materials and program content.
- Help coordinate training sessions, workshops and virtual learning events.
- Monitor participant communications, registrations and logistics.
- Support the collection, analysis and reporting of learner feedback and program data.
- Collaborate with the learning community across Kering Houses to support learning initiatives and share best practices.
- Assist the team with day-to-day project management and administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Psychology, Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Curious, proactive, flexible and able to work autonomously.
- Strong interest in learning, leadership development and talent growth.
- Interested in the luxury, fashion and creative industries.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
