Lead Enterprise Architect at Kering, Paris. Define and govern architecture frameworks for a global luxury group's digital transformation programme.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and evolve the Group's architecture framework to ensure a common reference model across all entities and align with Group technology strategy
- Formalize and continuously develop architectural principles, standards, patterns, guidelines, repositories, templates, and governance practices
- Structure and maintain architecture repositories and documentation to ensure accessibility, consistency, and long-term sustainability
- Define architecture templates, artifacts, and deliverables; contribute to process industrialization and strengthen standardization and reusability
- Support the evolution of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tools and modeling practices
- Contribute to architecture governance bodies, including Architecture Committees and Design Authorities
- Support teams in applying standards and best practices; ensure compliance with the architecture framework across projects and programmes
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities within the existing architecture framework
- Define and monitor KPIs for quality and adoption to measure the effectiveness of the architecture framework
- Promote awareness and understanding of the architecture framework among architects and technology teams
- Provide methodological guidance on the use of architecture repositories, standards, and practices
- Lead and engage the architecture community, bringing stakeholders together around a shared architecture framework
- Organize knowledge-sharing, co-creation, and capitalization sessions to promote lessons learned and increase maturity of architecture practices across the Group
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, C4, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture covering applications, data, cloud, and infrastructure domains
- Proven experience defining and formalizing architecture standards, patterns, principles, and repositories
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tools and documentation/collaboration platforms
- Ability to design, structure, and evolve governance processes, models, and mechanisms
- Good understanding of Agile, Product, and DevSecOps environments
- Awareness of Information Systems modernization challenges and integration of emerging technologies, particularly AI
- One or more certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, ArchiMate, EAM tools such as LeanIX, MEGA, BizzDesign, SAFe Architect, or equivalent Agile certification) considered a strong asset
