Kering Paris: Junior Market Operator supporting treasury operations, hedging and liquidity management across the luxury goods group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to identification, analysis and execution of Group hedging operations for currency, interest rate and commodities risks in coordination with local treasury teams and subsidiary financial directors
  • Monitor covered and uncovered positions; prepare hedging recommendations aligned with Group financial policy and execute hedging operations using financial instruments
  • Generate risk tracking and hedging performance reporting while supporting continuous improvement of financial risk management tools and processes
  • Manage daily Group liquidity and optimize returns on excess cash reserves through analysis of investment vehicles and counterparty limits
  • Prepare short-term financing needs forecasts and analyze market conditions for NEU CP and Commercial Paper issuance opportunities
  • Conduct daily market surveillance and monitor macroeconomic publications and central bank decisions to inform risk and liquidity management decisions
  • Contribute to structuring and implementation of intra-group financing arrangements through analysis of subsidiary funding needs, financial flow modeling, and intra-group loan documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in finance, economics, financial engineering or treasury (from university, business school or engineering school)
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments including derivatives, debt, FX and interest rate products
  • Proficiency in financial risk management
  • Advanced Excel skills with VBA capability
  • Intermediate or advanced Power BI experience
  • Professional fluency in English

Experience
