Overview

Kering is a global, family‑led luxury group that manages a portfolio of creative Houses across couture, ready‑to‑wear, leather goods, jewelry, eyewear and beauty. The Group combines creative heritage with rigorous managerial and sustainability practices and operates a centralized finance and controlling function to support its Houses.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare recurring financial reportings and ad‑hoc benchmarks for Group management and the relevant Houses.
  • Contribute to consolidation and cross‑functional financial analyses used by the Controlling team.
  • Participate in transversal IT/BI projects including deployment of new tools and the design of dashboards.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned Houses to collect, validate and reconcile financial data.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and relevance of financial information submitted by the Houses.
  • Apply and promote Group procedures and accounting/controlling standards; support integration of new brands.
  • Produce written analyses and support monthly/quarterly reporting cycles, and contribute to budget and forecast preparation.
  • Drive continuous improvements to reporting efficiency, data quality and performance measurement processes.
  • Coordinate with Financial Communication on external/internal messaging related to the Houses when required.

Qualifications

  • Current student in a Business School or equivalent university programme (DESS, Master in Finance or similar) eligible for a 12‑month apprenticeship.
  • Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
  • Strong command of office productivity tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI appreciated.
  • Good analytical skills with rigorous attention to data quality and confidentiality.
  • Proven organisational skills: autonomy, time management, reliability and responsiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesise financial information and present clear written analyses.
  • Proactive mindset with capacity to work collaboratively across teams and liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Experience

Entry‑level/apprenticeship position intended for current Business School or Master in Finance students. Relevant internships or academic projects in finance, controlling or reporting are an advantage but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolment in a Business School or equivalent university-level finance programme (DESS, Master Finance or similar) required for apprenticeship eligibility.
