Kering — Paris: IT Asset Management Intern (6-month internship, Sept 2026) to support IT asset lifecycle, audits and process improvements within KTD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the IT asset lifecycle (phones, PCs, tablets, servers, licences) to support a strategy focused on sustainability, cost control and appropriate usage.
- Map and document IT Asset Management processes, tools and lifecycle flows across the KTD ecosystem.
- Contribute to process design and implementation of new interfaces and automations within the existing toolset using Agile methodology.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Support teams, Infrastructure, Service/Product Owners, Procurement) to collect requirements and align delivery.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and follow up on remediation and delivery.
- Perform hardware and software inventories and audits to ensure the accuracy and consistency of global asset registers.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous-improvement actions to optimise asset management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (Bac+4/5) — Engineering or Business School.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to synthesise complex information and present clear recommendations.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt within an international, matrixed environment.
- Good command of English (written and spoken); Italian is advantageous.

Experience
No prior professional tenure is mandatory beyond current postgraduate study; practical exposure to IT asset management, IT projects, process design or tooling (ServiceNow or similar) is advantageous.
Education
Master’s degree in progress (Bac+4/5) — Engineering school or Business school.
