Kering — Paris: IT Asset Management Intern (6‑month internship, Kering Technologies / CIO Office) starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and track IT hardware and software assets (phones, PCs, tablets, servers, licenses) across Kering Technologies, aligned with Sustainability, Cost and Usage objectives.
- Map and document IT Asset Management processes (lifecycle, tools, inventories) and conduct hardware & software audits.
- Contribute to process design and delivery improvements by specifying new interfaces and automations in the existing toolset using Agile methodology.
- Support and execute User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and validate functional deliveries.
- Coordinate stakeholders across support, infrastructure, service/product owners and procurement to collect requirements and implement solutions.
- Drive adoption of new practices globally to ensure consistency of asset inventories and related data governance.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, capture feedback and propose continuous process optimizations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (Engineering school or Business school; Bac+4/5).
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with demonstrated capacity to work in an international, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ServiceNow is advantageous.

Internship-level role for a current Master's student; prior internships or coursework in IT, asset management, IT operations, process improvement or project support are advantageous but not mandatory.

Master's candidate (Engineering or Business school, Bac+4/5).
