Kering seeks an Investor Relations Manager for its Financial Communications team in Paris, facilitating dialogue with investors and analysts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial results publications, including press releases, investor presentations, scripts and Q&A documentation
- Coordinate collection of financial and operational information across Group teams to ensure message consistency and market quality
- Analyse Group and subsidiary financial and operational performance; prepare market analyses, competitive benchmarks and sector syntheses
- Monitor analyst consensus expectations and financial analyst publications; identify investor interest topics and anticipate questions
- Organize and participate in roadshows, investor conferences, Capital Markets Days and investor engagement events
- Support management-investor meetings and respond to investor and analyst information requests in compliance with applicable regulations
- Track equity ownership evolution, investor perception of the Group and luxury sector trends
- Monitor daily stock performance of Kering and key competitors; analyse market movements and identify performance gaps
- Contribute to recommendations on Group positioning and market narrative
Qualifications
- Graduate degree from business school, engineering school or university
- 7-10 years professional experience
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Fluent written and oral proficiency in French and English
- Team orientation and ability to thrive in demanding, high-visibility environments
- Discretion, rigour and reliability
- Capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects with agility while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Experience
7-10 years of professional experience in investor relations, financial communications, equity research, corporate finance or related disciplines.
Education
Graduate degree from a business school, engineering school or university.
