Kering Inventory Control Assistant role in Novara, Italy. Join the Supply Chain Financial Department managing central warehouse operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting warehouse master data and verify correct handling and integrity
  • Monitor and control the process that determines the average valuation of inventory items
  • Prepare and distribute monthly warehouse movement and valuation reports to each division
  • Track and monitor logistics flows relating to supplier and customer orders, allocations, and consignment goods
  • Coordinate accounting warehouse records with physical inventory data during cycle counts and year-end inventory reconciliation
  • Calculate and track annual warehouse performance KPIs, monitoring and documenting discrepancies
  • Supervise the flow and transfer of goods; document all merchandise charging and discharging transactions in accounting systems
  • Execute transactions enabling asset sales between ICO and IPO companies managed at the Trecate facility
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations staff to manage and optimize various warehouse procedures
  • Analyze historical inventory data and develop budgets and forecasts for inbound stock and stock on hand
  • Perform daily verification of data consistency between Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms

Qualifications

  • Academic background in economics or engineering disciplines
  • Minimum one year of professional experience in a similar inventory control or warehouse accounting role within a structured organization
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; SAP platform experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to meet challenging deadlines while managing high volumes of tasks
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 26,000 per annum.
