Kering seeks Internal Communication & Employee Engagement Assistant in Milan to support corporate HR initiatives fostering company culture.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of internal communication plans aligned with the editorial calendar
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content (written and visual—copy, images, simple videos) in line with corporate tone of voice and visual identity
- Assist in drafting communications for various channels including emails, intranet, internal platforms, and presentations
- Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across different initiatives
- Support the organization and coordination of internal events (virtual and in-person), such as leadership meetings and employee engagement activations
- Contribute to creating high-quality employee experiences from preparation through post-event follow-up
- Assist in logistical coordination and stakeholder alignment for events
- Support the Annual Employee Survey including data extraction, analysis of results, and preparation of reports
- Liaise with different Corporate functions to ensure alignment with overall objectives
- Support the preparation of communication materials for strategic initiatives
- Track engagement metrics and employee feedback to inform continuous improvement
- Contribute to reporting and identifying engagement improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Communication, Marketing, HR, or a related field
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is valued
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Rigorous, reliable, and autonomous mindset with a proactive approach
- Data-oriented perspective and analytical capability

Experience
"Recently graduated or currently completing studies in a related discipline. Prior experience in internal communications, employee engagement, marketing, or HR communications is valued; exposure to multi-channel communication campaigns or event coordination is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and manage concurrent projects with demonstrated attention to quality and detail.
Education
Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
