Kering is hiring an Intercompany Accountant in Paris (La Défense) to manage intercompany reconciliations, invoicing and month‑end close for EMEA.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage intercompany accounting for EMEA entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of intra-group sales and purchase transactions.
  • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and drive resolution of variances and open items.
  • Prepare and issue intercompany invoices and ensure correct posting within partner entities.
  • Collaborate with subsidiary accounting teams to collect information required for monthly and annual closes.
  • Document and maintain clear procedures and controls related to intercompany flows.
  • Monitor and contribute to the governance of systems supporting intra-group transactions across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce (Bac+4/5 or equivalent — e.g., Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma).
  • Proven experience in intercompany accounting or general ledger roles, in-house or in an audit/firms environment.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and international accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to reconciliations and documentation.
  • Professional fluency in French and English (spoken and written).

Experience

At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience, with demonstrable exposure to intercompany reconciliations and month‑end close processes; experience in a shared‑services centre or Big Four practice is an advantage.

Education

Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
