Kering is seeking an Innovation Intern in Paris to support its Kering Augmented Tech team with innovation portfolio coordination, governance, market and technology research, community engagement and internal communications. The internship offers exposure to IT and Digital innovation across the Group and its Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to managing the innovation project portfolio, from intake of project briefs to structuring and qualifying new topics, while keeping tracking tools and decision-making reports up to date.
- Support innovation governance by preparing committees and steering meetings and tracking decisions and actions.
- Build and engage the innovation contacts community across the Maisons, sharing best practices and connecting topics of common interest across Group entities.
- Conduct market and technology research, monitoring trends—particularly in agentic AI—as well as competitors, startups and innovation players in the luxury and technology sectors, and drawing on relevant events and conferences.
- Contribute to communications by producing content on innovation and technology topics and ensuring consistency of tone and messaging across internal channels.
Qualifications
- Currently studying innovation, digital, management or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, digital transformation and innovation ecosystems.
- Ability to analyse information and produce clear, well-structured content.
- Organised, curious and dependable.
- Enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and on varied topics.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable using collaborative tools and digital platforms.
