Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal clients and local procurement teams to define and implement procurement strategies aligned with cost-saving and value creation objectives.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders as a business partner, promoting synergy across international procurement teams.
- Lead procurement processes with a focus on CSR, manage supplier databases, conduct tenders, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with legal teams.
- Analyze expenditures to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of procurement databases and produce performance reports.
- Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships, measure supplier performance, and propose innovative solutions to meet future client needs.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business or engineering school with a specialization in procurement.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement roles, preferably in an international and matrix environment.
