Kering — Indirect Procurement Intern (6‑month internship) in Paris. Support EMEA purchasing projects, supplier management and spend analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the EMEA Indirect Procurement team on corporate and maison-facing purchasing projects across categories such as HR, facilities, construction, payments and company fleet.
- Maintain and update the supplier database to ensure data completeness and compliance with procurement processes.
- Coordinate and manage RFP/tender procedures in line with internal procurement processes, including documentation and timeline follow-up.
- Assist in negotiation activities and liaise with suppliers under the guidance of appointed buyers.
- Draft and prepare contractual documents in collaboration with the legal team and ensure contractual files are properly archived.
- Perform spend analysis to identify savings and sourcing opportunities and contribute to procurement reporting.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Bac+5 level programme (engineering school or business school) with a specialisation or strong interest in purchasing/procurement.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office — Excel, Word and PowerPoint; strong analytical and reporting capability.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a cross-functional international team.
- Available for a 6-month internship beginning September 2026.

This is an early‑career internship role. Candidates should be current master's‑level students (Bac+5) with academic coursework or prior internships in procurement, supply chain or a related function; practical exposure to sourcing or vendor management is an advantage.
Education
Bac+5 (master's level) in Engineering or Business School with a specialisation in Purchasing/Procurement or Supply Chain.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
