Kering seeks an Indirect Procurement Assistant Manager in Shanghai to support data-driven procurement operations across Greater China.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage regular indirect procurement projects across Greater China through global tendering processes and support regional or global indirect procurement initiatives led by the indirect procurement department
- Leverage data extraction and visualization tools to perform deep-dive analysis on indirect spend across Greater China, identifying cost-saving opportunities, synergy potentials, and supplier consolidation prospects
- Apply proven category management capabilities and skillsets in one or multiple categories including Capex, Logistics, and Marketing & Communication
- Utilize and maintain proficiency in S2P (Source-to-Pay) systems including SAP, ESKER, and IVALUE
- Support cross-functional collaboration, understand stakeholder needs, and deliver practical procurement solutions through effective stakeholder management
- Conduct external communications with suppliers regarding procurement projects, agreement conditions, and purchasing requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in procurement, data analysis, or supply chain management, with a specific focus on indirect procurement
- Experience working within a multinational corporation environment covering the Greater China region (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI; demonstrated willingness to learn low-code automation tools
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese; Italian and French language skills are advantageous

3–5 years of professional experience in procurement, data analysis, or supply chain management, specifically within indirect procurement. Experience in a multinational corporation environment serving the Greater China region is highly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
