Kering seeks an Income Tax Accountant in Wayne, NJ to manage federal and state tax compliance for luxury brands. $80,000–$90,000/year.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare U.S. federal, state, and local income tax returns, including reporting of cross-border transactions
  • Prepare tax extensions, estimates, and related payments
  • Prepare income tax provisions under US GAAP and IFRS standards
  • Perform and maintain tax account reconciliations, roll-forwards, and supporting schedules
  • Manage tax authority notices and correspondence
  • Research U.S. income tax issues and document conclusions clearly and concisely
  • Assist with maintaining tax documentation, compliance calendars, and internal controls
  • Provide Canadian tax return information to third-party tax return preparers

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting, corporate, or private industry
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting with tax concentration
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience with Onesource tax software preferred
  • Experience in fixed asset depreciation calculations preferred
  • Experience in retail, consumer products, or luxury brands preferred

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 90,000 per annum.
