Kering — Inclusion & Diversity Intern (Employee Engagement) in Paris. Support EMEA I&D initiatives, internal communications and events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the operational deployment of Inclusion, Diversity & Engagement initiatives across Corporate EMEA in coordination with Maison and Group stakeholders.
- Draft and produce internal communications materials: presentations, invitations, editorial content, newsletters and digital publications.
- Organize and coordinate internal events (conferences, trainings, awareness actions), including hybrid formats and livestreams.
- Design and assist rollout of awareness campaigns tied to key I&D moments (e.g., International Women’s Day, Disability, Pride, QVCT).
- Conduct benchmarking and trend monitoring on Inclusion & Diversity topics in France, Europe and internationally.
- Liaise regularly with HR, internal communications teams and external partners to ensure alignment and delivery.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (Human Resources, Management, Political Science, Communication or related discipline).
- Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability for the full internship period must be specified in the application.
- Initial experience in project management or prior relevant internships is an asset.
- Strong interest in Inclusion & Diversity topics and employee engagement.
- Able to work autonomously within an international, multicultural environment while contributing effectively to team projects.
- Creative, organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Able to build collaborative relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Experience
Enrolment in a Master's programme is required; prior internship or project-management experience in HR, communications or I&D-related projects is advantageous.
Education
Master's level student in Human Resources, Management, Political Science, Communication or a related field.
