Kering Import & Export Specialist
Kering is hiring an Import & Export Specialist in Seoul to manage customs, international shipments and logistics for its luxury Houses.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate importation, exportation and domestic distribution activities to ensure timely delivery and correct placement of products across DOS and DFS stores in Korea.
- Manage end-to-end logistics projects including international transportation, customs clearance, local audits and monitoring of goods flow.
- Ensure strict compliance with Korea customs regulations and provide clear guidance to local and global stakeholders.
- Track and report on quality, quantity, delivery times, costs and efficiency; analyse logistics data to produce reliable KPIs for Brand support.
- Manage and develop relationships with logistics suppliers to maximise performance and cost-efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise logistics flows and propose best-in-market cost/process models.
- Collaborate closely with Brand teams, external suppliers and Group Operations HQ to secure operational alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide operational support to the regional logistics director and global teams to achieve Group objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in logistics, import/export or trade operations; retail experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, supply chain management and logistics processes.
- Demonstrable experience with customs procedures, international transportation and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office with strong analytical and presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail, self-motivation and capacity to work independently while supporting a multi-lingual team.
- Proven ability to manage change, deliver results and adapt in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Skills
Experience
At least four years of hands-on experience in logistics/import-export operations, preferably within the retail or luxury retail sector, with exposure to customs clearance, international freight and supplier management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
