IAM Transformation & Innovation Lead at Kering in Paris. Lead identity ecosystem modernization, AI integration, and strategic IAM governance for a global luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the IAM and CIAM strategy, maintaining comprehensive alignment across identity platforms including IGA, PAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, authentication, and federation services
- Define and maintain IAM standards, design principles, and reference architectures; review vendor and project solutions to validate robustness, scalability, security, and operational sustainability
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices for AI agent identity management and AI-related use cases within the organization
- Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence in identity processes and develop an integrated IAM strategy incorporating AI agent governance
- Promote and implement intelligent automation using Okta Workflows, ServiceNow, Power Platform, Copilot, Memority, and other relevant technologies to reduce operational workload
- Maintain active surveillance of IAM, CIAM, cybersecurity, and AI trends; assess emerging technologies and recommend improvements aligned with business needs and industry best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, GRC, and business teams to ensure technical consistency of identity platforms
- Act as a key technical advisor to the IAM Manager and serve as the central point of contact for IAM architecture topics across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Engineering school diploma with specialization in cybersecurity, systems, networking, or software development
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Identity & Access Management and cybersecurity
- Advanced proficiency in IAM environments and concepts: Okta, Entra ID, Active Directory, Identity Governance, PAM, authentication, and federation technologies
- Solid understanding of CIAM principles and customer identity challenges
- Demonstrated experience in IAM governance activities, standards definition, or roadmap planning
- Strong expertise in artificial intelligence, automation, and agentic AI concepts, with ability to translate into concrete organizational initiatives
- Strategic vision combined with technical leadership and innovation mindset

Experience
5–8 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity, and security engineering. The candidate should have contributed to IAM governance initiatives, technical standards development, and strategic roadmap planning within enterprise environments. Experience navigating large, complex organizational structures and managing cross-functional technical partnerships is essential.
Education
Master's degree or diploma from an accredited Engineering school, with specialization in cybersecurity, systems architecture, networking, or software development.
