Kering seeks HR Business Partner for Wayne, NJ corporate office. Strategic HR role managing talent, compliance, and employee relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with client groups on all HR activities including performance management, talent management, and employee relations, providing strategic solutions as opportunities emerge
- Manage people movement activities including immigration compliance and internal communications
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and shared services to proactively improve HR processes and outcomes
- Ensure HR alignment with business-related initiatives and maintain consistency in issue resolution to limit organizational exposure
- Assist in development and continuous improvement of HR strategies and processes to enhance the employee experience
- Build consultative relationships with senior management and establish a valued HR advisory role within the organization
- Provide effective coaching, counseling, and progressive disciplinary strategies during employee performance discussions
- Resolve employee relations issues and conduct objective, impartial investigations
- Identify training needs within client groups, evaluate options, and source appropriate training and development activities
- Counsel client management on human resources policy, practice, and procedures
- Support delivery of HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and change management programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum 5 years of generalist HR or combined specialist experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with core human resources functions and service delivery
- Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong ability to influence, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Expertise in problem-solving, follow-up execution, and creative solution development
- Demonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusive workplace culture
- General business acumen and analytical capability
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities, with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of generalist or combined specialist human resources experience, with demonstrated expertise in core HR functions including performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic advisory capacity within a matrix organization is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating mastery of human resources discipline and organizational management principles.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 125,000 to USD 135,000 per annum.
