Role & Responsibilities
- Support HR Advisors in administrative tasks related to personnel management, including contracts for interns, apprentices, fixed-term, and permanent employees.
- Regularly update HR tracking tools such as Workday and dashboards.
- Monitor HR deadlines including probation periods, contract renewals, absences, and overtime.
- Assist in the administration of HR processes in collaboration with the shared services center.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac +4/5).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision.
- Comfortable working in an international, complex, and evolving environment.
