  • Lead end-to-end technical configuration and continuous improvement of HRIS solutions, managing releases, enhancements, and system evolutions.

  • Analyze technical implications of projects and new demands—including workload, dependencies, risks, costs, and timelines—to support scoping, prioritization, and implementation.
  • Act as the HRIS team’s contact for technical reporting requests and escalation point for complex reporting issues.
  • Design and build Workday reports, dashboards, and Discovery Boards, including calculated fields, filters, and prompts.
  • Coordinate the external consultant supporting the Reporting domain, overseeing priorities, deliverables, and quality.
  • Own the technical design, configuration, testing, and validation of Workday security setups, including security groups, domain and business process policies, role assignments, and access validation.
  • Conduct access reviews and impact analyses, troubleshoot authorization issues, and support security testing for releases and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and the Group HR Target Operating Model; advise stakeholders on Workday access management and HR data protection best practices.

  • Previous experience with Workday is appreciated.
  • Strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in data and reporting.
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented, with strong risk awareness when handling security and data privacy topics.
  • Ability to challenge, escalate, and uphold security principles when necessary.
  • Adaptability to an international scope and collaboration with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Tech-savvy and curious, with an interest in HR innovation, data, and AI-enabled solutions.
