Kering HR Operations Specialist role in Paris: manage HR administration across France and Central Europe using Workday and PeopleDoc.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee reliable and efficient onboarding processes in alignment with group directives using Workday and PeopleDoc
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and related hiring documentation in compliance with local procedures
  • Manage ancillary benefits and affiliations with local external organizations
  • Verify compliance of mandatory documentation and secure work authorizations
  • Manage relationships with external local partners, including occupational health organizations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employees and local HR teams
  • Analyze, verify, and validate information entered in Workday to ensure database reliability
  • Manage documentation and case tracking in PeopleDoc
  • Collaborate closely with local HR to ensure data completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinate with payroll to guarantee alignment and consistency of employee data
  • Escalate complex legal and social questions to partner law firms as needed
  • Address employee and local HR requests in compliance with established SLAs
  • Contribute to harmonization of practices between France and Central Europe
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Secondary education (Bac) plus 2–3 years in human resources or equivalent qualification
  • 3 to 5 years of HR administration experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of legal obligations in HR administration
  • Confirmed experience with an HRIS, ideally Workday; PeopleDoc knowledge is advantageous
  • Proficient in office software, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Client service orientation and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Team player mindset in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent French and English; German is a plus
