Kering seeks an HR Operations Administrator in Hong Kong to support HR Shared Services with administrative, systems, and compliance functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Shared Service Centre, including filing, reporting, letter preparation, and invoice verification across multiple platforms
- Maintain and update employee records in HR management systems, specifically Workday and PeopleDoc
- Assist with daily human resources operations and provide support to HRSSC team members as required
- Administer compensation and benefits programs including staff discount initiatives, medical insurance enrolment, MPF/pension enrolment, and employee termination procedures
- Support ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related HR legislation
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing software
- Experience with Workday systems preferred
