Kering seeks HR Intern for Talent & Benefits role in Singapore. Support analytics, performance management, and benefits initiatives across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support collection, consolidation, and organization of talent data across teams, functions, and markets to inform workforce planning
- Analyze talent metrics, trends, and benchmarks; link demographic and talent data with learning data to identify development gaps
- Prepare dashboards, summaries, and reports to support HR and leadership discussions on workforce analytics
- Support the performance review cycle by preparing communication materials, guides, and templates
- Assist in connecting performance outcomes to recognition programmes and development actions; track follow-up improvement plans
- Coordinate renewal of flexible benefits and provide end-to-end support including plan design review, UAT, and employee communications
- Support implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives by partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Review internal policies (time off, insured benefits) to ensure clarity and consistent frameworks across Asia Pacific
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated passion for people development and learning
- Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
