HR Intern at Kering Singapore: Support talent acquisition, learning & development, and HR operations across Asia Pacific. On-site role for current students.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition programmes to position the organisation as an employer of choice
- Assist in leveraging recruitment analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement
- Support the adoption and utilization of talent management tools across the Asia Pacific region
- Assist in implementing talent development initiatives, including development programmes, skills gap assessments, and strategic talent projects
- Coordinate learning and development programme administration, coordination, and logistical support
- Provide project support for ongoing L&D programmes and digital learning initiatives
- Generate data and reporting to identify participation trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate profile management
- Support the employee onboarding process and coordinate employee communications
- Validate bi-weekly Time & Attendance reports using HR systems
- Organize and support employee engagement activities
- Handle ad hoc HR activities and provide general administrative support
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Passionate about people development and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience
Entry-level experience or demonstrated interest in human resources management. Prior internship or practical exposure to HR functions is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
