Kering is seeking an HR Intern in Hong Kong to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Shared Service Centre. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with HR operations, and administering compensation and benefits programs. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, 1 year of HR experience, and proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources Shared Service Centre, including filing, reporting, letter preparation, and invoice verification across various platforms.
- Maintain employee records in HR systems such as Workday and PeopleDoc.
- Assist and support the HRSSC with daily human resources operations as needed.
- Administer various compensation and benefits programs, including staff discount programs, medical insurance, and MPF/Pension enrollment.
- Support ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR operations.
