Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of the annual global performance review campaign, enhancing content and preparing training materials.
- Analyze data and prepare for Talent Review meetings, including follow-up on action plans.
- Monitor succession plans for key roles, updating them post-Talent Reviews.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in the final year of a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in French and English.
