Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly closures and analyses of workforce, personnel expenses, and social indicators.
  • Develop budgets and predictive models in collaboration with Operational Directors, HR Managers, and the Finance Department.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and simulations of workforce and personnel expenses.
  • Deploy HR controlling tools, ensuring data reliability and information flow post-migration to SAP Analytics Cloud, and automate dashboards and analyses.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure alignment and coherence between HR tools and financial systems, addressing key analytical requests.
  • Manage intercompany personnel charges, both actual and forecasted.
  • Oversee Workday controls for organizational, security, and major HR processes for Corporate Directions.
  • Coordinate global recruitment tracking for a Corporate Directorate.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR, Economics, or Finance (Bac +5).
  • Experience in audit or management control within a matrix environment.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, and data visualization is advantageous. Project management experience and an affinity for information systems; familiarity with Workday and SAP Analytics Cloud is a significant plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and rigor. Organizational abilities, teamwork, and deadline adherence. Ability to manage confidential data. Fluency in English.

Experience

Experience in audit or management control in a matrix environment is required.

Education

Master's degree in HR, Economics, or Finance.
