Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly closures and analyses of workforce, personnel expenses, and social indicators.
- Develop budgets and predictive models in collaboration with Operational Directors, HR Managers, and the Finance Department.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and simulations of workforce and personnel expenses.
- Deploy HR controlling tools, ensuring data reliability and information flow post-migration to SAP Analytics Cloud, and automate dashboards and analyses.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure alignment and coherence between HR tools and financial systems, addressing key analytical requests.
- Manage intercompany personnel charges, both actual and forecasted.
- Oversee Workday controls for organizational, security, and major HR processes for Corporate Directions.
- Coordinate global recruitment tracking for a Corporate Directorate.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Economics, or Finance (Bac +5).
- Experience in audit or management control within a matrix environment.
