Kering seeks HR Business Partner, Global Technologies & Digital division, Paris. Strategic HR role managing talent, workforce planning, and organizational transformation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, managers, and teams; translate tech and digital strategy into concrete HR priorities and organizational initiatives
  • Advise leadership on organizational evolution, operational models, role clarification, and team performance within matrix and international structures
  • Pilot workforce strategy: plan headcount and skills, model capacity scenarios, manage build/buy/borrow trade-offs, and monitor salary expenditure
  • Leverage HR and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, formulate recommendations, and track KPI impact of action plans
  • Facilitate performance management, talent, succession, compensation, and development cycles, ensuring decision quality, equity, and alignment with divisional priorities
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard high-expertise tech and digital profiles, and strengthen pipelines for critical competencies
  • Support employee development and mobility, particularly in engineering, architecture, digital products, data, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, project management, and transformation roles
  • Coach managers in their people leadership responsibilities: objective-setting, feedback, development, engagement, and change management
  • Lead organizational transformations and model evolution; prepare human impact analyses and develop structured change and communication plans
  • Manage individual and collective employee relations matters in coordination with Employee Relations and Legal teams, ensuring compliance with French labor law and Group policies
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives on diversity, inclusion, engagement, culture, new ways of working, and RH process simplification and digitalization
  • Develop action plans for team development, training, and engagement based on Kering Employee Listening Survey insights
  • Support managers in performance management and adoption of new tools and processes

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent (university, HR, labor law, business school, engineering school)
  • 8 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years as an HR Business Partner or people manager
  • Experience in complex, technology-driven, digital, consulting, services, or transformation environments within large organizations or entrepreneurial contexts
  • Deep understanding of technology sector dynamics: rare skills, agile and product models, international teams, outsourcing and insourcing strategies, and operating model transformation
  • Solid mastery of HR fundamentals and French labor law with ability to manage sensitive situations pragmatically and with legal rigor
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, challenge with discernment, and convert data into actionable recommendations
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and oral
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, ideally Workday, and strong analytical and HR reporting capability; familiarity with AI applications in HR is valued

Experience

8 years of professional experience in HR, technology, digital transformation, or consulting, with a minimum of 3 years serving as an HR Business Partner or people manager within a complex, high-growth, or transformation-focused environment. Experience in multinational organizations or entrepreneurial settings preferred.

Education

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent higher education qualification.
