Kering — HR Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Paris: 12-month HR apprenticeship starting Sept 2026 supporting HR administration and Workday.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support HR Advisors and HR Business Partners with day-to-day personnel administration across all contract types (interns, apprentices, fixed-term and permanent contracts), with particular focus on apprentice and intern populations.
- Perform administrative follow-up in coordination with the shared services HR centre (administrative support and payroll interfaces).
- Maintain and update HR tracking tools and dashboards, ensuring accurate records within Workday and other monitoring spreadsheets.
- Monitor and manage HR deadlines and events, including end-of-probation dates, contract expirations and renewals, returns from absence, on-call duties, overtime, telework arrangements and leave.
- Contribute to process improvements and provide transactional support to ensure fluid exchanges between employees, managers and HR teams.
- Work under the guidance of an assigned HR Advisor tutor to develop functional HR skills and report on assigned activities.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac +4/5 (Master-level) programme in Human Resources or equivalent, seeking a 12-month apprenticeship starting September 2026.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation and professional discretion.
- High level of rigor, autonomy and organisational capability; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating in an international, complex and transforming corporate environment.
- Familiarity with an HRIS — particularly Workday — is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Currently enrolled in an advanced HR academic programme (Bac +4/5). Prior internships or practical exposure to HR administration or shared-services environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in Bac +4/5 (Master-level) in Human Resources or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
