Kering HR Advisor position in Paris, France—support HR operations and employee lifecycle management for Corporate France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor personnel administration activities in coordination with the shared HR services center
- Welcome and onboard new employees, presenting Kering's HR policies and frameworks
- Serve as primary point of contact and information source for HR policy implementation (leave, parental benefits, disability support, performance management, compliance charters)
- Administer international mobility and expatriate employee documentation
- Manage and maintain the global HR information system (Workday), providing technical support to HRBPs, employees, and managers
- Extract, analyze, and consolidate HR data to generate dashboards and KPIs for HRBPs (monthly headcount, probation completion, fixed-term contracts, return-from-leave, overtime, telework tracking)
- Support HR campaigns including annual performance reviews, compensation reviews, and talent assessments
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects including KPI updates, process documentation, HRBP coordination meetings, webinar organization, and internal communications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional experience within a generalist HR team
- Proficiency in HR project management
- Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Native or fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday (preferred)
