Kering HR Administration Intern in Scandicci, Italy. Join the HR Shared Services team for a six-month curricular internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management of activities related to employee expense reports.
- Develop processes to monitor and analyze potential discrepancies and anomalies.
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Verify the accuracy and consistency of HR information across internal systems and platforms.
- Support the team with other HR administration activities as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and other HR-related activities.
Qualifications
- Currently a student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Italian, both written and spoken, and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented and accurate, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team environment.

Currently a student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
