Kering seeks Head of Marketing Effectiveness in Paris to lead MMM framework development and analytics team across global luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for the Group's MMM framework, ensuring scalability and best-in-class positioning across markets and brands
- Lead the MMM team in developing, calibrating, and continuously improving statistical models with business relevance
- Translate model outputs into actionable spend reallocation recommendations, balancing short-term sales impact with longer-term brand awareness objectives
- Extend modeling coverage beyond core media to include CRM, e-commerce, and other key strategic marketing areas
- Build scalable processes and frameworks enabling the team to serve growing numbers of brands, countries, and partners without proportional resource increases
- Drive mutualization of results across brands and markets, capturing synergies and shared learnings across the Group
- Ensure MMM and effectiveness results are integrated into the Marketing dashboard as a consistent, accessible reference for organizational decision-making
- Track and measure direct impact of spend reallocations through regular refreshes and continuous effectiveness testing and reporting (digital incrementality tests, golden rules, etc.)
- Manage Group measurement tools contracts, including scope, maintenance, and reporting
- Lead the transition toward agile, faster-cycle modeling approaches while maintaining analytical rigor
- Identify and implement AI/ML-driven tools and methods to accelerate modeling, scenario simulation, and analysis production
- Prepare and deliver presentations to C-level stakeholders (CMO, CFO, CDO, GMs), framing insights to support strategic decision-making
- Deliver regular and ad hoc analyses on marketing effectiveness for brands, countries, partners, and cross-functional marketing teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to brand and marketing teams, translating complex model outputs into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with Media, Marketing Performance, and Data teams to ensure consistency and alignment of measurement approaches across the Group
- Manage and develop the team (Media Effectiveness Manager, data scientists/analysts), fostering technical excellence and strong business acumen
- Set priorities and ways of working that balance rigor, speed, and stakeholder responsiveness
- Foster cross-functional team and project-mode ways of working
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, econometrics, or data science with significant hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modeling
- Demonstrated track record of leading the internalization and scaling of MMM capabilities in another organization in a fast and agile manner
- Strong experience in marketing and media effectiveness with solid understanding of performance metrics
- Exceptional influencing and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex quantitative insights into clear, decision-ready narratives for C-level stakeholders
- Proven experience managing and developing technical teams, with the ability to grow data scientist and analyst capabilities
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and their application to accelerate analytical workflows
- Experience with cross-functional teamwork and project-mode ways of working
- Experience working in a global, complex environment (multi-brand, multi-country, ideally group dynamic)

Experience
15+ years in marketing analytics, econometrics, or data science with hands-on expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling; demonstrated experience scaling MMM capabilities within a complex, multi-brand organization; proven leadership of technical teams in a global environment
Education
Advanced degree (Master's) in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, data science, engineering, or related quantitative field preferred
