Kering Group Talent Project & Analytics Manager, Paris. Drive data-informed talent strategy, manage HR systems, and steward the Skills Taxonomy across global luxury Houses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop transversal understanding of the Talent domain from a data perspective, tracking key metrics across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management functions
- Produce decision-ready data summaries and insights for business stakeholders, translating complex information into clear, actionable intelligence
- Design and create dashboards and data integration solutions to accelerate information delivery to business teams
- Ensure seamless integration of Talent system data into the wider Group HR data platform in partnership with data and technology teams
- Own operational back-office management of Talent systems, ensuring reliable and expected performance
- Partner with HRIS, Technology, and Talent teams to ensure correct configuration of processes and procedures within systems
- Manage vendor relationships, stay informed on system releases, request support for changes, and negotiate with providers
- Lead end-to-end project management of new platform modules or features, including scoping, delivery, change management, stakeholder management and communication
- Own and maintain the Skills Taxonomy within systems and job catalogues
- Coordinate with domain and function owners to ensure skills are accurately reflected across organisational roles
- Analyse skills gaps, propose solutions, test outcomes, and rectify discrepancies while maintaining strict timeline adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Data Science or Human Resources
- Familiarity with HR technology solutions such as Workday or Talent Intelligence platforms
- Strong command of Excel and data analysis tools
- Proven project management experience delivering complex initiatives end-to-end
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Excellent synthesis and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organisational skills and capacity to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English (mandatory); French and Italian are advantageous

Experience
Demonstrated experience in talent analytics, HRIS operations, or HR technology project management. Proven track record of translating data into business insights and managing complex stakeholder environments. Evidence of end-to-end project delivery in technology or systems implementation, with particular strength in requirement scoping, vendor management, and change communication.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related quantitative field.
