Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group’s participation in general and sector compensation surveys and analyse results to inform strategic pay decisions.
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of remuneration and benefits policies through rigorous data analysis.
  • Support maisons in building competitive and locally adapted compensation packages.
  • Manage implementation of a new compensation analytics and salary structure tool.
  • Support preparation for regulatory changes affecting pay and ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
  • Design and deliver training sessions and presentations on compensation and benefits topics.
  • Contribute to the review and development of the Group’s international mobility policy framework.
  • Manage relationships with survey vendors and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and supplier performance follow-up.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of job families and organisational structures across the Group’s maisons to ensure internal equity.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years’ experience in a Compensation & Benefits team or a human-resources/compensation consulting firm.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country projects in an international environment.
  • Strong familiarity with compensation structures, market surveys and job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay method).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse quantitative data, structure recommendations and defend positions with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience delivering training to diverse, international audiences.
  • Vendor management experience, including negotiation and contract management.
  • Fluency in English.

Experience

5–7 years of professional experience within a Compensation & Benefits team or a compensation/human-resources consulting firm, with demonstrated responsibility for multi-country projects and interactions with international stakeholders.

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
