Role & Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of global Inclusion & Diversity initiatives, including awareness campaigns, internal networks, and training sessions.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to align with the Inclusion and Diversity strategy.
- Assist in organizing meetings, webinars, and events.
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations and user-friendly Excel documents.
- Contribute to internal and external communication content creation.
- Proofread and adjust documents such as guides and training materials.
- Conduct research on best practices and trends in Inclusion & Diversity.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's degree program (M2) in a Business School or University for 2026/2027.
- Strong understanding of project management and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, including basic functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Ability to develop engaging communication content.
- Fluent in English; French or Italian is a plus.
- Genuine interest in Inclusion & Diversity topics.

Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program (M2).
