Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of global Inclusion & Diversity initiatives, including awareness campaigns, internal networks, and training sessions.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis to align with the Inclusion and Diversity strategy.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, webinars, and events.
  • Create impactful PowerPoint presentations and user-friendly Excel documents.
  • Contribute to internal and external communication content creation.
  • Proofread and adjust documents such as guides and training materials.
  • Conduct research on best practices and trends in Inclusion & Diversity.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's degree program (M2) in a Business School or University for 2026/2027.
  • Strong understanding of project management and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, including basic functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Ability to develop engaging communication content.
  • Fluent in English; French or Italian is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in Inclusion & Diversity topics.
