Kering — Global Accounting Process Performance Intern (Paris). Six‑month conventionné internship in Finance Transformation starting September.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the governance of accounting processes across Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and brands, including OTC, PTP, RTR and MDM streams.
- Monitor operational efficiency, define and track KPIs and deliver a regular (weekly) reporting package for process performance.
- Maintain and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency across SSCs and brands.
- Design and contribute to learning journeys and training materials for accounting teams; assist in roll‑out and change adoption.
- Co‑animate and act as guarantor for process finance projects; prepare meeting documentation and facilitate cross‑stakeholder discussions.
- Serve as a process referent for Finance Transformation, Management Control, Treasury, Legal, Tax and Internal Audit on accounting process topics.
- Contribute to group projects that impact accounting processes, including system migrations (SAP) and remediation plans.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a master's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance or a business school/university program with a Finance/Audit specialization; seeking an end‑of‑studies internship.
- Previous internship experience in Finance or Audit, ideally with exposure to strategic consulting or transformation projects.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel); familiarity with ERP systems and interest in transformation initiatives.
- Experience or strong interest in SAP is a plus; demonstrated analytical rigour and ability to work in project mode with cross‑functional teams.

Some prior internship experience in finance or audit is expected, ideally including exposure to strategic consulting or transformation projects; experience working with ERP systems or process governance is an advantage.
Education
Master's level student in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance or equivalent business school/university programme (end‑of‑studies internship preferred).
