Role & Responsibilities

• Develop in an AI-augmented environment using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Galassia AI Gateway as integrated copilots throughout the software development lifecycle, contributing to continuous improvement of team AI prompts, contexts, and workflows
• Design and integrate AI-powered capabilities within products by leveraging MCP (Model Context Protocol), building agentic workflows on Front-End and Back-End platforms, and exploring emerging approaches such as multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions across Front-End (ReactJS, TypeScript, Next.js) and Back-End (Node.js, GraphQL) in accordance with established architecture and quality standards
• Contribute to deliverable quality through code reviews, automated testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end), and CI/CD processes, measuring development outcomes through quality and performance indicators
• Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Designers, and engineering teams to design and deliver high-value features for users and the business
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making by providing recommendations grounded in best practices for software development, performance, security, and maintainability
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices, development tools, and the technology stack, while coordinating contributions from external partners

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of professional software development experience with demonstrable expertise in core technologies
• Proficiency in ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Proficiency in Node.js and GraphQL API design and development
• Solid knowledge of cloud environments (GCP or AWS)
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD practices and automated testing frameworks
• Daily working experience with Generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent) integrated into the software development lifecycle
• Ability to assess quality of AI-generated outputs, design effective prompts, and integrate AI agents into application architectures
• Experience or strong interest in MCP (Model Context Protocol), function calling, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agent orchestration
• Practical application of AI-SDLC practices integrating Generative AI tools into development workflows beyond exploratory use cases
• Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholders with ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
• Ability to clearly articulate and defend technical decisions while contributing to architectural discussions
• Demonstrated track record of contributing to measurable improvements in code quality or delivery velocity
• Ability to quantify the tangible impact of AI on productivity and deliverable quality (e.g., Copilot acceptance rates, code review cycle reduction, test coverage generated)
• Self-driven, proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset
• Strong attention to detail with rigorous approach to execution and complex problem-solving
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
