Kering — FP&A Financial Analyst in Paris. Join Kering's finance team to manage consolidation (IFRS), budgeting and variance analysis; bilingual French/English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and validate financial reporting packages for entities in scope, ensuring accurate consolidation in the group tool and compliance with IFRS.
  • Critically review account balances and financial statements to identify anomalies and propose/implement corrective adjustments.
  • Ensure timely submission of accounting deliverables and maintain high-quality analyses for maison controllers.
  • Monitor budgetary data in the budget tool, ensuring integrity of inputs and reconciliation between budget and actuals.
  • Investigate and explain budget vs. actual variances, working closely with house controllers to drive root-cause analysis.
  • Identify process inefficiencies within the consolidation and budgeting cycle and lead corrective actions to improve controls and timeliness.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in accounting, finance or related field (CCA, DSCG or equivalent preferred).
  • Proven knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
  • Experience in statutory/accounting review and financial consolidation processes.
  • Strong analytical ability to review accounting flows and financial processes under tight deadlines.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken); an additional European language is advantageous.

Experience

A first professional experience in an audit or accounting firm and/or within an international corporate finance function; experience in a Shared Services Centre is a plus.

Education
