Kering Financial Systems Analyst internship in Paris – 12-month alternance supporting financial systems and ERP administration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute recurring activities and monitoring within HFM and Oracle EPM Planning systems, particularly during consolidation and controlling close periods
  • Manage and verify system access controls and track available licences across financial platforms
  • Serve as technical liaison between headquarters finance teams and individual brand finance departments, translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation related to financial systems management and administration
  • Analyse existing applications and systems to identify opportunities for improvement aligned with current business needs
  • Prepare weekly and monthly analytical reports and performance summaries for stakeholder review
  • Investigate potential system issues and troubleshoot technical problems affecting financial reporting processes
  • Support the production and validation of financial statements and related consolidation activities

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or completing a Master's degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Finance, or equivalent university qualification
  • Proficiency in major financial reporting and ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, or comparable platforms)
  • Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory)
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a practical, solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior internship or practical experience in audit, finance, or financial systems management (preferred)
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C (advantageous)
