Kering seeks a Financial Controller in Paris to manage brand financial reporting, analyses, and reporting production for luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary financial reporting liaison for designated Kering brands, managing data submission and acting as technical reference point for Group-related matters
- Ensure quality and relevance of financial data submitted by brands and guarantee compliance with Group procedures and standards
- Utilize Group tools for performance analysis and provide ongoing support for brand integration
- Facilitate communication of financial information and operational performance metrics between Kering and its brands
- Develop, prepare, and communicate analyses required by Kering's General Management for monthly and quarterly reporting, budget preparation, and forecasts
- Conduct ad hoc and cross-functional analyses as requested by management
- Collaborate with the Financial Communications Department on external publications and brand performance communications
- Produce recurring financial reports, create new dashboards, and develop benchmarks for Group and brand management
- Develop and execute recurring and ad hoc Group benchmarks for brands and senior leadership
- Drive proactive creation of new financial analysis reports using Group IT tools to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional projects for deployment of new IT tools and financial performance reporting systems
Qualifications
- Graduate degree from a business school or equivalent university qualification (DESS, Master's in Finance)
- Fluent English; Italian is an additional advantage
- 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Management Control, or Audit
- Proficiency with IFRS/IAS accounting standards
- Strong command of office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Knowledge of HFM consolidation software is advantageous
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel within Europe

Experience
2–3 years of professional experience in Finance, Management Control, or Audit within a corporate environment, ideally involving financial consolidation, reporting, or business analysis.
Education
Graduate degree from a business school or equivalent university qualification (e.g. DESS, Master's in Finance).
